摘要
分析了医学高校图书馆不同层次服务对象的信息需求,从馆藏建设、个性化信息服务、馆员素质、建立学科馆员制度等方面论述了医学高校图书馆如何发挥自身优势,更好地服务于学校的教学和科研工作。
This paper analyzes the information demands of medical university library’s service objects at different levels, and discusses how medical university library to play its own superiorities and to serve better university’s teaching and scientific research from aspects of the collection construction, individualized information service, librarians’quality,and establishment of subject librarian system, etc.
