摘要
目的探讨PACS建设对影像质量的控制效果。方法选择3个效率指标(每日病人量、每个病人检查与报告时间、病人最大预约天数),9个质量指标(基础质量中的人员素质选计算机使用程度为指标、设备水平选数字化程度为指标、环节质量选病人基本信息一致性、检查部位一致性、报告单基本项目与格式、报告复签率为指标、终末质量选报告合格率、住院病人随访率、诊断符合率为指标),4个管理指标(数据存贮成本、胶片打印成本、资料检索速度、分类统计便捷性),比较传统医学影像工作模式与PACS联机工作模式之差异。结果结合本院实际设计合理的PACS可从基础质量、环节质量上控制影像人员的诊疗行为,提高终末质量。结论PACS可从技术层面控制医疗质量,提高医疗效率。
Objective To discuss the control effect of PACS in image quality control.Methods Choose three aspects to compare the differences between traditional medical image modes and PACS online modes,including 3 efficiency quotas（the amount of patients on daily,the inspection and report time for each patient,the maximum reservation days of patients）,9 quality indexes（the extent of computer using in personnel quality of basic setting,the digital level of equipment arrange,the consistent of primary information and examine locations of patients,basic projects and formations of process reports,rechecking rate of reports in connection quality,the passing rate of reports,visited rate for inpatients,accordance rate of diagnoses in terminal quality）,4 management indicators（the cost of data storage and film print,the speed of information retrieval and convenience of information retrieval）.Results Combined with own practical situation and design rational PACS to manage specificity diagnosis and treatment so that the medical imaging staffs could be well controlled in qualities of fundaments and linking.Conclusion From technical level,PACS could be well used in controlling medical qualities and enhancing hospital efficiency.
