摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取、超声波萃取、微波萃取、溶剂回流萃取4种方法提取柠条锦鸡儿种籽油,通过比较得到最佳方法为超临界CO2萃取。超临界CO2萃取最佳提取条件为:萃取压力25MPa,分离压力10 MPa,萃取温度40℃,分离温度40℃,萃取2 h,提取率可达12%以上。通过对油脂脂肪酸组成的分析,表明柠条锦鸡儿种籽油的脂肪酸主要由C16~C20的直链脂肪酸组成,说明柠条锦鸡儿种籽油具有开发潜力。
Four extraction methods of supercritical CO2,ultrasonic wave,microwave,and solvent reflux were used to extract Caragana korshinskii seed oil,and the optimal method was determined to be supercritical CO2.The optimum conditions for supercritical CO2 extraction were as follows:extraction pressure 25 MPa,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 2 h,separation pressure 10 MPa,separation temperature 40℃.Under the optimum conditions,the oil extraction rate was over 12%.Fatty acid analysis showed that the Caragana korshinskii seed oil contained mainly C16-C18 straight-chain fatty acids,which proved that Caragana korshinskii seed oil was a kind of potential feedstuff for bio-energy.
