摘要
对临床上的5例病猪采取病理解剖学、微生物学和免疫酶染色技术进行了全面检查。结果表明:病猪胸腹腔和心包腔积液,胸膜、心包膜和腹膜表面均附着有数量不等的纤维素性渗出物,严重者可使肺脏与胸壁发生粘连,心脏与心包膜粘连;心脏表面附着大量纤维素性渗出物,形成绒毛心;淋巴结肿大、出血,脾脏的边缘及尖端有出血性梗死,回盲口有大量钮扣状溃疡斑;心包液涂片上检出大量两极浓染的副猪嗜血杆菌;猪瘟酶标抗体染色的淋巴结和脾脏切片呈阳性反应;从而对疾病做出了猪瘟继发副猪嗜血杆菌病的诊断,及时采取有效地治疗和预防措施,迅速控制了疫情。
Five cases of infected pigs from the clinic were comprehensively observed by techniques of pathological anatomy,microbiology and immunoenzyme staining.The results showed that the infected pigs had pleural effusion and seroperitoneum;the surface of the pleura,the pericardial membrane and the peritoneum all attached with unequal quantity of fibrinous exudate,and the serious cases had adhesion between the lung and the chest wall,and between the heart and the pericardial membrane;the surface of the heart attached with abundance fibrinous exudate to form villous heart;the lymph node was enlarged and hemorrhaged;there were hemorrhagic infarct at the edge and peak of the spleen,and there were a lot of ulcerative plaques as button shape at the ileocecal orifice;a lot of Haemophilus parasuis with two ends thick dye had been detected from the pericardial fluid smear;the sections of lymph node and spleen that stained by hog cholera enzyme-labelled antibody showed positive reaction.Thus,the infected pigs had been diagnosed as hog cholera secondary Haemophilus parasuis disease.If took the effective treatment and control measures in time,the epidemic will be quickly controlled.
