山莨菪碱与东莨菪碱对家兔实验性肺水肿疗效的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索山莨菪碱与东莨菪碱对家兔实验性肺水肿治疗效果上的差异及协同作用。方法对实验动物静脉注入肾上腺素,复制出肾上腺素性肺水肿的模型,分别再注入山莨菪碱,东莨菪碱,山莨菪碱加东莨菪碱,观察动物心率、呼吸、肺系数、病理改变等指标的变化。结果在实验过程中,实验动物在注入肾上腺素后,出现心率增快,迅速出现呼吸困难,用山莨菪碱治疗组心率恢复正常,呼吸困难的症状缓解,东莨菪碱组效果不明显,联合用药组心率恢复正常,呼吸困难的症状缓解。结论山莨菪碱单独用药疗效显著,东莨菪碱单独用药效果不明显,两者联合用药的作用结果接近于山莨菪碱单独用药的作用疗效。 Objective To explore differences and synergies of treatment effect about anisodamine and scopolamine on rabbits'experimental pulmonary edema.Methods Animals were injected with adrenaline in the experiment to copy the adrenalin pulmonary edema models.Then to inject anisodamine,scopolamine,anisodamine plus scopolamine respectively and observe the indications of the animals as heart rate,breathing,lung index,pathological changes and so on.Results In the experiment,the experimental animals after the injection of adrenaline,presented the show of faster heart rate,rapid breathing difficulties.Heart rate of the group treated with anisodamine returned to normal,and symptom of dyspnea improved.The group of scopolamine had no significant effect.And the group combined with the two drugs presented that heart rate returned to normal,symptoms of dyspnea improved.Conclusions With anisodamine used singly,the effect is significant.Drug effect of scopolamine alone is not obvious.The effect of two drugs combined closes to drug efficacy of anisodamine used separately.
