压射比压对半固态AlSi9Mg组织及性能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Injection Specific Pressure on the Microstructure and Properties of Semi-solid AlSi9Mg Alloy

摘要 采用倾斜冷却剪切流变法制备半固态AlSi9Mg合金,对流变压铸标准试样并进行了力学性能测定,用定量金相技术对力学性能试样的初生固相微观组织特征参数(固相率、晶粒尺寸和形状因子)进行了分析,研究了压射比压对半固态AlSi9Mg合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,随着压射比压的增大,初生固相率变化不大,但晶粒的平均直径由74.9μm减小到63.5μm,形状因子由0.61提高到0.66;试样力学性能也有一定的提高,抗拉强度提高了2.7%,硬度和冲击韧度分别提高了3.7%和8.6%。 Semi-solid AlSi9Mg alloy melt was prepared by the inclined cooling slope method,and rheocasting standard specimens were prepared to measure the mechanical properties.Microstructure parameters including solid fraction,grain size and shape factor of primary phase in the alloy specimens were observed by quantitative metallographic techniques.Effects of injection specific pressure on microstructure and properties of semi-solid AlSi9Mg alloy were investigated.The results show that with increasing in injection specific pressure,solid fraction of primary phase exhibits slight change,and average diameter of grain is decreased from 74.9μm to 63.5μm,and shape factor is increased from 0.61 to 0.66.Meanwhile,mechanical properties of the specimens are certainly increased,where tensile strength,hardness and impact toughness are increased by 2.7%,3.7% and 8.6%,respectively.
