摘要
从江西的实际情况出发，提出了红壤开发全面实施“沃土计划”发展持续农业的主要对策：首先对小流域进行综合治理，立体开发；二是坚持等高开垦，防治水土流失；三是增施有机肥，提高土壤有机质含量；四是加强有机肥积造和施用技术的科研工作。
The key strategy for Fertile Soil Scheme dealt with in this paper is base on the real conditions for development of red soil in Jiangxi. First of all, watersheds should be treated comprehensively and developed in three dimensions; the second, contour terracing should be held on to protect water and soil from erosion; the third, organic fertilizer should be added to incease organic matter in the soil; the fourth, research on creation and application of organic manure should be emphasized.
