Cost Optimization of Wireless Local Area Network based on Wireless Access Points

摘要 通信网络的成本及其性能是相铺相成的,也是运营商最为关注的。即如何在不增加通信网络成本的前提下保证网络可以提供满足用户要求的性能。以无线局域网为例,无线接入点的布局不仅关系着网络的投资成本还由于对接入点的不同选择,网络的业务负载会产生不同的结果,进而又影响着网络性能的稳定。因此,在对无线局域网的成本优化时可以考虑通过对无线接入点的优化布局,实现网络成本与网络性能的最优化。 Both the cost of communication network and the performance of the network are closely related each other,and thus concerned by telecom operators.In another word,the question is how to provide the function that would satisfy customers' expectation while not increase the cost of communication network.For example,the layout of wireless access points relates not only to the network cost,but also to the traffic load and then to the stability of the network performance.Consequently,it is necessary to realize,through the optimized layout of wireless access points,the most optimized network performance while consider the optimization of wireless LAN cost.
