摘要
对闽北天然林现状及存在问题进行了分析，提出要从加强森林自然保护区建设、实施天然林保护工程、加强天然次生林经营管理以及建立生态公益林补偿制度等方面，加快天然林建设与发展，实现天然林持续经营。
This article
analyzed the present situation and existing problems of natural forests in North Fujian and raised
the following measures to speed up the construction and development of natural forests and to
realize the sustained management of natural forests:intensifying the construction of forest natural
reserves,implementing the protective engineering of natural forests,intensifying the management
and administration of natural secondary forests and setting up the compensative system of
ecological public welfare forests.
