摘要
契约是关系确认与秩序保障的常用工具之一。教育作为师生双方参与的培育人的重要社会活动,其参与双方的教育关系与心理契约均存在着很高的耦合性[1]。本文即从心理契约的基本概念及其发展过程和特点着手,重点探讨了心理契约理论对我国高校教育的启示和意义。
Contract is a frequently-used tool to verify relation and guarantee order. Education is an important social activity involving both teachers and.students aiming at nurturing students' overall quality ,thus the educational relation and Psychological Contract between both parties function in good harmony. This thesis will mainly discuss how psychological contract theories enlighten and influence higher education in China from the perspective of the definition, development and features of Psychological Contract.
