摘要
电信的重组与3G牌照的发放,标志着通讯业3G时代的到来,形成了移动、联通、电信三足鼎立的新型市场竞争格局。中国联通重组之后的文化和资源的融合以及新联通品牌的打造都成为中国联通取得竞争优势的障碍,本文在分析通讯行业现有状况的基础上,对中国联通进行了SWOT分析,并为中国联通取得竞争优势提供了策略性的建议。
The restructuring of China Telecom and the issuance of 3G licenses marks the arrival of 3G era of communications industry, which formate the new telecommunications market competition pattern that the Mobile, China Unicorn and China Telecom stand like the legs of-a tripod. After re-integration of China Unicorn, the integration of culture and resources and the construction of new brand of China Unicorn have become the obstacles to gain a competitive advantage of China Unicorn. This paper analyzes the current status of the communications industry, on the basis makes a SWOT analysis of China Unicorn, and provides a strategic proposal to get competitive advantage for China Unicom.
