随着数字化控制机床的产生,许多机械加工的工艺也变得越来越简便。文章通过对数控机床中刀具补偿的作用和方法的分析,阐述如何利用这一功能来增加工件的尺寸精度、提高刀具的质量和生产效率,降低生产成本,并期望能够给车间生产提供一些有价值的信息。
With the generation of digital control machine tools, many machining technological also becomes more and more convenient. Based on the analysis of functions and methods of blade compensation of CNC lathe, this paper describes how to use this function to increase the size of workpiece precision, improve the tool's quality and production efficiency and reduce the production cost, and hopes to provide some valuable information for workshop production.
