右旋美托咪啶对腹部手术患者全麻辅助作用的研究 被引量：6

摘要 右旋美托咪啶（dexmedetomidine，DEX）是一种新型高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动药，具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑及催眠作用，能抑制交感神经活性，还具有止涎、抗寒战及利尿等作用。本研究旨在通过观察DEX对全麻患者诱导期间血流动力学指标及麻醉药用量的影响，为临床应用提供依据。
