摘要
目的了解云南省老年病院医护人员自尊、疲劳、睡眠和心理状况对工作状态的影响,以提高医疗护理质量,更好地开展"优质护理示范工程活动".方法采用目前国内外应用信度和效度较好的心理量表对123名医护人员进行调查.结果收回有效问卷101份,SCL-90量表总阳性率9.90%,其中医生占6.06%,护士占11.76%.心理障碍以强迫、偏执、焦虑、抑郁、躯体化为主.生存质量和自尊呈正相关,和疲劳、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表、SCL-90量表呈负相关,疲劳和从业时间呈负相关.结论医护人员的工作状态需要受到关注,建议从管理学角度减轻医护人员的压力源,并进行专业的心理压力管理的培训,以改善生存质量,提高工作效率.
Objective To explore the effect of psychological status on the working state of staffs in Yunnan Geriatric Hospital in order to improve the quality of medical works,and to carry out the High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Projects.Method 123 medical staffs in our hospital were evaluated by psychological questionnaires.Results 101 valid questionnaires were collected.The total positive rate of SCL-90 was 9.9%.Doctors accounted for 6.06% and nurses accounted for 11.76% in the positive staffs with psychological problems.The main psychological symptoms were compulsion,paranoia,depression,anxiety and somatization.The quality of life was positively correlated with self-esteem,and negatively correlated with fatigue,sleep,and SCL-90 symptoms.Fatigue was negatively correlated with working time.Conclusions The psychological status of medical staff need to be concerned.We should alleviate the mental stress of medical staff from the perspective of Management Science,and train them with professional mental stress management,so that we can improve their life quality and working efficiency.
