摘要
分析了太行山区洪涝灾害的成因、发生规律，以及森林植被与洪灾的关系。认为，易洪涝的环境、异常的雨情、人类活动的不利影响和防洪能力低是导致洪灾的主要因素。
Mainly analyzed the cause to form flood and waterlogging in Taihang Mt,which includes the varied climate and topography,abnormal rainfall,unfavorable influence from human activity,and lower flood control capacityAnd then discussed the flood damage's pattern,involving its time and space distribution,and also the relation between forest vegetation and flood damage
