摘要
静脉给药是治疗小儿各种疾病的重要手段,传统的头皮钢针输液方法需每天进行静脉穿刺,通过静脉给药,由于多数小儿输液时不合作,使穿刺次数也大大增加,不仅技术操作难度大,造成患儿痛苦,也增加了护士的工作量.而静脉留置针又称套管针,在临床工作中,可减少患儿痛苦,提高护士工作效率.
The vein is treats young child each kind of disease for the medicine the important method,the traditional scalp steel needle infusion method must carry on the venipuncture every day,through vein to medicine,because time most young child infusion does not cooperate,makes the puncture number of times also greatly to increase, not only the technical operation difficulty is big, creates the trouble pain, also increased nurse＇s work load. But the vein leaving alone needle called a set of base pin,in the clinical work,may reduce the trouble pain, enhances the nurse working efficiency.
