杜廷海教授治疗妊娠期高血压经验 被引量：1

摘要 妊娠高血压疾病是妊娠期特发而且威胁母子健康的严重疾病。西医认为该病由多种因素引起,其发病与血管内皮机能障碍、滋养细胞过度凋亡等有关;中医认为该病主要是脏气本弱,因孕以致精血不足、肝阳偏旺,其病机为肝阳上亢、肝风内动或痰火上扰而致。该病从中西医结合的角度分析其病因,介绍杜廷海教授在治疗此类疾病上的经验,主要从肝脾肾三脏论述,附典型病例分析。
