摘要
社区管理与服务专业作为刚起步的专业,在发展过程中还存在诸多障碍,主要有专业发展空间有限、专业认可度较低、毕业生对口就业困难、专业师资力量薄弱等几方面。社区管理与服务专业发展的出路在于:加快城市社区建设,拓宽专业发展空间;充分利用各种资源,提高专业认同度;强化学校教育,提升学生的就业能力;加强师资力量建设,提高教师的执教水平。
As a newly started specialty, community management and service is facing many difficulties mainly focusing on limited space for development, quite lower professional recognition, difficulties in employment for graduates and lower level of professional teachers. To find a way out, it is necessary to accelerate urban community construction and expand the development of the specialty; to fully utilize all kinds of resources and improve professional recognition; to improve school education and promote student＇s employment ability; to strengthen the faculty building and improve their teaching level as well.
