摘要
随着创新时代的到来,通识教育以其"以人为本,授人以渔",培养具备全面的知识、健全的人格以及正确的价值观和积极的人生态度的"全人"教育理念在全国高校受到高度的重视。在通识教育的背景下大学英语教学如何进行,这是一个值得探讨的问题。大学英语课程不仅具有工具性,而且更具有人文性,大学英语教学要体现通识教育的精神,大力挖掘大学英语课程中的"通识内涵",做到教书育人,把学生培养成为人格健全的公民。
With the arrival of the innovation era, general education in universities has been attached great importance recently because it focuses on people oriented, teaching people how to learn, and educating the students to be real persons of comprehensive knowledge, wholesome personality, right values and positive attitudes. How to conduct college English teaching under the background of general education is worth discussing. College English not only serves as a tool, but also has humanistic values. In order to train the citizen of wholesome personality, the spirit of general education should be embodied and the meaning of it should be excavated in college English teaching.
