分泌型IgA与儿童呼吸道疾病 被引量:2

摘要 呼吸道的特异性免疫反应由抗体和免疫淋巴细胞介导。经研究证明呼吸道免疫反应和整个机体的反应具有相对的独立性。产生抗体的场所,现认为是与支气管相关联的淋巴组织(BALT)。BALT中含有产生IgA细胞的前体细胞,当BALT的淋巴细胞到达支气管腔或固有层时,即成为产生IgA细胞的浆细胞,参与细胞的局部免疫反应。近年来,对分泌型IgA(SIgA)的研究日益受到重视,如何提高局部分泌IgA水平对抗感染有重要意义。
