摘要
基于传输线方程理论,研究了过套管电阻率测井仪器视电阻率的测量方法以及视电阻率与电位差关系。经分析计算确定了仪器的电极距为1.1 m。介绍了过套管电阻率测井探测器的伸缩缸电极结构。设计了满足探测器测量要求的液压控制单元。在标准井中进行的测试表明,在不同电阻率介质中,过套管电阻率测井探测器测得试验数据与标称值数据相比,误差满足设计要求,微弱信号采集数据稳定可靠,有良好的重复性和一致性。
Studied are the apparent resistivity measuring method of cased hole resistivity logging tool, and the relationship between apparent resistivity and potential difference. The electrode space is set to be 1.1 m by analyzing and calculating. Introduced is the telescoping cylinder electrode structure of the cased hole resistivity logging detector. Designed is the hydraulic control module which meets the detector measuring requirement. Tests in the standard well show that in different resistivity medium, the experimental data errors are within design requirements when comparing with nominal value. And the acquired feeble signals are stable and reliable with good consistency and repeatability.
