摘要
选用1日龄的艾维音肉鸡60羽,随机均分为对照组和处理组。处理组每只鸡口服柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊5×104个,24日龄试验结束,测定其生理生化指标。结果显示:处理组鸡体质量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);IFN-γ和IL-4水平极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),IL-6和IL-12水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);处理组CD8+T细胞水平极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD4+T细胞和IgG水平与对照组差异不显著;血清丙二醛(MDA)、尿酸(UA)和葡萄糖有升高趋势(P>0.05),一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)、总蛋白、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)和甘油三酯(Tg)呈降低趋势(P>0.05)。结果表明,柔嫩艾美耳球虫通过影响肉鸡的免疫力进而降低了其生长性能。
Sixty chickens of 1-day-old were randomly and equally divided into control group and infected group.Each chicken of infected group was orally inoculated with 5×104 sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella.At the end of the experiment,the physiologic and biochemical indexes were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the body weight of infected group is lower than control group(P0.05);The level of IFN-γ,IL-4 and CD8+T were significantly lower than control group(P0.01),the level of IL-6,IL-12 were lower(P0.05),CD4+/CD4+ was higher than control group(P0.05),there were no differences in the level of CD8+T cell,IgG as compared with control group.After broilers infected Eimeria tenella,the contents of MDA,UA and glucose in serum were higher than control group(P0.05),the contents of iNOS,total protein,GSH-Px,GOT and Tg were lower(P0.05).The results suggest that Eimeria tenella can reduce the growth performance of broilers by affecting its immune properties.
