摘要
文章根据生产控制管理理论,结合中海工业的修船实际,分析了修船企业应对金融危机的重要对策是推进生产精益化并且以计划管理为抓手,进而具体展开对修船转模的研究,为形成中海修船的核心竞争优势作出有益探讨。
According to the management theory on production control and the actual business of ship-repair, this paper gives the point that an important countermessure is promoting the perfect production against financial crisis. It also develops the ship-repair model transfering with plan-managing as leading, which may form the kernel competitive advantage for the China Shipping Industry.
