摘要
温挤压技术作为一种净成形和近净成形加工工艺,因其金属的流动性能好、成形精度高、成本低,且可连续生产的特点,已被逐渐用于汽车、摩托车等行业机械零件的塑性成形。以汽车变速器锥齿轮为研究对象,设计了锥齿轮的温挤压成形工艺及模具结构,大大降低了制造成本,提高了工作效率,同时该方法能够使金属材料产生挤压强化,提高了材料的机械性能,具有广阔的市场前景。
Warm extrusion technology is a process technic of net shape or near net shape.It is used plasticity forming of mechinery parts for car,motorcycle industry gradually,because it has good fluid capability of metal,high forming precision,low cost and characteristic of continue produce.Aiming at bevel gear of automobile gearbox,warm extrusion forming technology and die structure of bevel gear is designed,the producing cost is reduced,the work efficiency is improved,and this method can make metal material producing extrusion reinforcement,machine capability of material is improved,so it has wide market foreground.
