摘要
基于齿轮啮合理论,采用了刃边齿条形测头在位综合测量直母线偏差的方案。通过测量轮齿廓面上直母线族的各个偏差,确定测量网格,建立了在获得直母线偏差后分离出齿廓偏差和螺旋线偏差的数学模型,并对其进行了仿真分析。文中的数学模型和仿真研究结果为研制直母线测量仪和在线测量系统提供了理论依据。
Based on the theory of gearing mesh,a rack-shaped-edge probe was used in the comprehensive on-line measurement for straight generatrix deviation. By measuring the deviation of each straight generatrix on tooth profile to determine the measurement grid,the isolated mathematical models of the tooth profile deviation and the helix deviation are established after obtaining straight generatrix deviation,and then its simulation is carried out. The mathematical models and simulation provide a theoretical basis for the development of the straight generatrix measuring instrument and on-line measurement system.
