摘要
减速器动力学仿真是当前减速器研究领域中重要的研究方向之一。采用CAD软件Pro/E和机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS,建立起新型滤波传动件的三维仿真模型。阐述了模型的建立方法及过程,研究了在一定转速条件下啮合力的变化规律,在此基础上考虑啮合刚度和啮合阻尼这些内部激励因素对动态响应的影响,为减小振动提供了依据。
Dynamics simulation of reducer is one important research direction in current research area.The new type of filter transmission parts three-dimensional simulation model is established by using the CAD software Pro/E and the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS.The methods and processes of model establishment is expounded and the changes of meshing force under the conditions of a certain speed is studied.On this basis,consider the impact of internal motivation factors as mesh stiffness and mesh damping to the dynamics respond.It provides reference to reduce vibration.
