摘要
采用正交试验设计方法研制自保护硼氮共渗膏剂的最佳配比,分析了各组元对粘结现象的影响。利用热力学第二定律,判断各反应进行的方向,用x-ray衍射仪对粘结部分进行物象分析。结果表明,在自保护膏剂硼氮共渗过程中产生粘结是由于自保护壳体不够完整。
This article deals with optimum ratio of the composition of the selfprotective boronpasty agent by orthogonal experimental design, analyses the effect of composition on the glue phenomenon, judges the chemical action direction according to the second thirmodynamics theory and analyses the phase structure of the composition by means of xrays diffraction. The results show that the reason of creating glue phenomenon is that in the later boron process,oxygen goes into the selfprotective shell and acts on the work face.
