摘要
文章对黄海DD6109K02F大客车进入冬季后发动机出现启动困难、在行驶过程中自行灭火、灭火后无法正常启动等现象进行了原因分析和故障排除,因油箱和输油泵之间需要很长一段输油管,而冬季柴油粘度增加,靠输油泵的吸附力不能满足喷油泵所需的油量,导致发动机不能正常的工作,所以在输油泵入口处安装电子泵,提高供油压力,并对电子泵的安装位置进行了分析,使司机可以快速的判断出故障部位,达到排除故障和维修方便的目的,使发动机能够正常工作。
In this article,the cause analysis and trouble removal are introduced for the phenomena such as it is difficult to start Huanghai DD6109K02F bus in winter,the engine is cut out by itself during travels and it cannot be started normally then,etc.Due to a very long oil pipeline is needed between the tank and oil transfer pump as well as the viscosity of diesel increases in winter,the oil mass of injection pump cannot be fulfilled by the adsorption force of oil transfer pump.As a result,the motor cannot work normally.Therefore,an electronic pump should be installed at the entry of oil transfer pump to increase fuel feeding pressure.Furthermore,the installation site of electronic pump is analysed,which could make drivers judge the trouble locations quickly so that the goal of trouble removal and convenient repair is achieved as well as the motor could work normally.
