摘要
在社会文化转型期,高校德育主体不同程度地存在内心深处的理念冲突和现实德育过程中的矛盾困惑。高校德育主体需要做好心灵的准备,既要正视自身的矛盾困惑,又要自觉地研究自身的矛盾困惑,以实现对自我矛盾困惑的超越,以此提升自我的人性,促使大学生道德人格的生成,推动高校德育主客体的融合,增强高校德育的时效性。
In the social and cultural transformation,universities and colleges moral educational subject have the different degrees idea conflict and the reality moral conflicts.Universities and colleges moral educational subject need mind preparation,that is,to face its own contradictions and confusion,but also study its own contradictions and confusion,in order to achieve self-transcendence of contradictions and confusion,to upgrade themselves human nature,to promote students'moral personality,to promote the integration of subject and object of moral education,to increase moral education timeliness.
