摘要
针对新疆油田六中东区的实际情况,建立了非均匀载荷下套管-水泥环-地层的力学模型,应用ANSYS软件模拟套管的变形和破坏过程,重点研究了各因素对套损的影响程度。结果表明:非均匀力是造成套管损坏的主要因素;随着水泥环弹性模量的增大,套管水泥环抗非均匀外载强度增加;随着水泥环径向厚度的增大,套管水泥环抗非均匀外载强度增加。提出了预防和减缓油田套损的方法。
The casing-cement annulus-formation mechanical model under the inhomogeneous stress modeled,by using the ANSYS software,the process of the casing deformation and destruction was simulated.Discussion on the failure degree of all the factors on the casing was made.The results showed that:1) inhomogeneous stress is the main factor that cause the casing damage;2) The resistance of the inhomogeneous stress on the casing cement annulus increase with the increment of the elastic modulus of the cement annulus;3) As the increment of the thickness of the cement annulus,the resistance of the inhomogenous stress of the casing cement annulus will increase,we advance new ways that predict and retard the casing damage in the oilfield.
