结合邯郸市发展实际,深入研究资源型城市转型,并以科技创新为突破口,探求资源型城市转型和科技创新的深层次关系及其互动机制,为资源型城市专心提供理论依据。
In this paper,based on the actual development of Handan city,a thorough research has been made in industrial transformation of resource-based city taking scientific and technological innovation as the breakthrough.The purpose lies in probing deep into the relation between the industrial transformation of resource-based cities and technological innovation,providing the theories for the transformation of a resource-based city.
