分析了金融危机给各国研发带来的影响,对企业研发和政府研发都作了具体分析,指出增加研发投入是各国应对金融危机的重要举措,列举了各国增加研发投入的相应政策。
The paper analyzes the impact of the crisis on research and development（RD） expenditures.Companies have reduced their RD investment in the aftermath of the crisis.The government RD budgets play an important role in orienting innovation efforts towards the solution of global challenges.Many countries have set out new RD policies to respond to the economic crisis.
