摘要
针对传统应用模式下,因ERP与CRM相互独立导致的企业内外部信息交互脱节的应用现状,讨论了ERP与CRM的整合思想,并对两者的SM(销售管理)进行了功能分析,实现了包括系统网络结构、体系结构和框架结构的销售管理模块化体系设计,探讨了整合后的系统特色,为软件整合设计开发思路提供重要借鉴。
Under the traditional economic modal,ERP and CRM have their respective characters that information flow,value flow and products flow between enterprises can't interchange each other,so integration of ERP and CRM become important.This paper aims at designing a sales management system that places CRM concept within the context of ERP.With this effort,the paper firstly seeks to utilize the resources of the enterprise to improve competence of the enterprise.Then it tries to analysis and design of sales management system,which is understood to be of relevance and significance in promoting the system development.
