摘要
探索了用于加速器质谱(AMS)测量用NH4HfF5样品的多相合成方法.HfO2样品通过分离纯化流程后,与NH4HF2进行反应制成NH4HfF5,并用加速器质谱进行测量.结果表明:α-安息香肟萃取是降低182W含量的重要步骤;多相合成法制备的NH4HfF5样品中180HfF5-的引出束流强度是同等条件下液相合成法的3~4倍;制样方法(多相合成法、液相合成法)对182W/Hf比值影响不大;NH4HfF5中182W/Hf的比值低至10-11g?g-1量级.采用XRD和XPS表征了NH4HfF5粉末的结构.结果表明,NH4HfF5样品主要含有N,Hf和F元素,其中Hf主要以+4价态存在.
The method of multiphase synthesis of NH4HfF5 for accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) measurement was researched in this paper.After separation and purification progress,the HfO2 sample was made to NH4HfF5 which was measured by AMS with NH4HF2 by reaction.The results show that the extraction of α-benzoin oxime was important step for the degression of 182W.The beam flux of 180 HfF5-in NH4HfF5 made by multiphase synthesis was three to four times as that made by liquid-phase sysnthesis at the same condition.The sample preparation methods (multiphase synthesis or liquid-phase sysnthesis) have little impact on the ratio of 182W/Hf.The ratio of 182W/Hf in NH4HfF5 was as low as the order of 10-11 g? g-1.The structure of NH4HfF5 powder was characterized by XRD and XPS.The results show that there were N,Hf and F elements in NH4HfF5 powder,and Hf mainly existed in quadrivalent state (+4).
