以橡木为原料,采用酶解、光解和热解相结合的技术手段制备BCC-1白兰地陈酿促进剂。应用结果表明,该产品用于白兰地陈酿,着色快,色泽好,木香突出,口味醇和。
The promoter of ageing brandy,BCC1,is made from oak wood prepared by using enzymatic, ultraviolet and infrared ray action. The brandies aged by this promoter is harmonious in flavour.
