克氏螯虾壳聚糖对实验性大鼠脂肪肝的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究克氏螯虾壳聚糖预防脂肪肝的作用及其作用机制。方法:建立实验性大鼠高脂血症模型,用克氏螯虾壳聚糖进行干预后,对各组大鼠肝脏进行病理观察,计算肝脏系数和肝组织中胆固醇含量,测定血清生化指标血脂的含量和肝酶谱的活性。结果:克氏螯壳聚糖能减轻肝细胞脂变的程度,肝重、肝脏系数、肝组织胆固醇含量均降低,与高脂模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);能降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和碱性磷酶的活性,升高血清高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平。结论:克氏螯壳聚糖具有较好地预防脂肪肝的作用,其作用机制可能与调节实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢有关。 Objective: Study the crayfish chitosan effect on preventing fatty liver and its mechanism.Methods: The model of experimental hyperlipidemia was established.After the crayfish chitosan intervention,the liver pathological observation was done and the liver factor,the content of cholesterol in the liver,the serum blood lipid levels and the enzymes of liver function were measured.Results: Crayfish chitosan could reduce the degree of fatty degeneration of liver cells and decrease the liver weight,the liver factor,the content of cholesterol in the liver as compared with the model group(P0.01).The serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate transferase and alkaline phosphatase activities were also decreased and the serum levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels was increased in the hyperlipidemic rats.Conclusion: Crayfish chitosan had a better prevention to fatty liver.The mechanism may be related to its regulation to blood lipid metabolism.
