摘要
网络技术发展为问题解决型的英语听说教学模式的设计创设了条件，提供了多样的认知工具、丰富的学习资源与便捷的互动手段。网络环境下问题解决型的英语听说教学模式以学习者为中心，针对英语学习目标，利用网络创设（交流）情景，提供多样化教学内容与实行多元化的评价，有助于解决学习者的语言学习问题，提高听说技能。
The development of the web technology facilitates the web-based problem-solving approach in teaching English speaking and listening course with varied acquisition tools, rich learning resources and convenient interaction media. The learner-centered approach makes use of the websites to design communication situations, present different teaching materials and as well apply various evaluation means in the light of the learner＇s goal. The approach is intended to solve the learners＇ language acquisition problems and so helps improve the listening and speaking skills.
