摘要
笔者利用DEA方法和Malmquist指数法分析了国家重点产业振兴规划对河南相关产业的影响,认为河南在实施国家重点产业振兴规划的过程中经济增长的质量的确有所提高,但总体上还是处于粗放式的经济发展阶段;对河南经济增长贡献较大的是技术效率指数,而技术进步对河南经济增长的贡献很小。河南必须以国家重点产业振兴规划为契机,实现经济增长方式的转变,推动产业结构的升级,加快技术创新的步伐。
The author uses DEA method and Malmquist method to analyze the influence of national key industry promotion plan on the related industries of Henan province,holds that in the process of implementing national key industry promotion plan the quality of economic growth has really improved,but is still at the stage of extensive growth;as to the contribution to Henan’s economic growth,technology efficiency index is big whereas the contribution of technology advancement is very small.Henan must catch the chance brought about by national key industry promotion plan,realize the transformation of economic growth pattern,impel the upgrading of industrial structure and accelerate the step of the technological innovation.
