摘要
在研究生管理模式改革的背景下,分析教学医院研究生培养和管理存在的不足之处,认为当前教学医院的研究生创新意识薄弱,研究生的培养和管理亟需改革,提出通过鼓励研究生培养自我管理能力、重视研究生综合素质的全面提升、积极创新研究生党团活动载体等多种措施来不断完善教育改革新形式下研究生的培养和管理体制,从而为提高研究生培养质量作出有益的探索。
This paper analyzes the inadequacy of training and administration of postgraduates in teaching hospital under the background of post-graduate management mode reformation. The authors have found that it is necessary to improve the training and management system and mechanism just because of their weak innovative ability. To bring about this desired result, the authors have put forward the following three measures： encouraging postgraduates to cultivate their self-management abilities; paying attention to thoroughly promoting comprehensive qualities of post-graduates; taking active part in innovation as the carriers about activities of the Party and the League so as to explore how to raise the cuhure qualities for postgraduates.
