大学行政化、教授边缘化有损教育百年大计 被引量:2

摘要 大学教育改革一直是人们关注的焦点之一,在我国高校中存在的行政化和教授边缘化是阻碍我国高校发展较为显著的弊端,主要有三个方面:一是大学官场化,有悖于国际惯例;二是资源分配行政化严重、教授的官员化和矮人化的两极分化;三是学生深受功利化影响,人生观、价值观遭到扭曲。只有转变"官本位"的思想,从法律上明确高校自主权,完善学术委员会的权利以及增加高校信息的透明度,才能有效的实现学术权力和行政权力的良好平衡。 Higher school education reform has been a focus of public attention.The administration management of higher schools and marginalization of professors are more significant drawbacks,which have hindered the development of Chinese higher schools.There are three main aspects:First,official circles of the higher school,contrary to international practice;second,serious administration of resources allocation,officials or dwarves of professors;third,students are deeply influenced by utilitarianism and their life and values are distorted.In order to achieve positive interaction of academic and administrative powers,it is imperative to change the thinking of "official-oriented idea",define the autonomy of higher schools in law,improve the rights of academic committee and increase the transparency of higher school information.
