10 kV配电线路发生单相接地故障时会产生各种危害,更甚者会造成触电事故。通过建立和健全规章制度、对电力工人进行培训、装设绝缘监察装置等有效措施,不断提高电网安全稳定运行水平,为社会经济发展和人民生活水平提供服务。
10 kV distribution line ground fault occurs will produce a variety of hazards, some may even lead to electric shock. Through the establishment and improve rules and regulations, training of workers on the electricity, the installation of insulation monitoring device and other effective measures to continuously improve the level of running safety and stably,for economic development and people living standards provide services.
