借助人体皮肤纤维细胞损伤刺激实验,通过MTT显色图和细胞结晶紫染色图分析了洗洁精对人体皮肤的影响。
This paper studied the stimulation of detergent on human skin fibroblasts through human skin fiber cell irritation and damage test by the MTT method and cell color chart diagram of the crystal violet staining analysis.
