摘要
目的对Lisfranc损伤机制、诊断、分型以及治疗的研究现状作一综述。方法查阅近年来国内外Lisfranc损伤机制、诊断、分型以及治疗的相关文献,进行分析总结。结果 Lisfranc损伤因解剖复杂,漏诊率高,故CT被推荐用于其诊断,必要时行MRI检查。克氏针、空心螺钉、可吸收螺钉、微型钢板等均已用作Lisfranc损伤的内固定材料。结论 Lisfranc损伤的柱分型对临床治疗有指导意义,各种内固定材料的应用为内固定手术提供了更多选择。
Objective To review the progress in the mechanism of injury,diagnosis,classification,and treatment method of Lisfranc injury.Methods Recent literature concerning the mechanism of injury,classification,diagnosis,and treatment method of Lisfranc injury was extensively reviewed,analyzed,and summarized.Results Because of the complicate anatomy and high missed diagnosis rate,CT imaging were often recommended for diagnosis,and MRI could be used if necessary.The current recommendations for internal fixation included the use of Kirschner wires,cannulated screws,absorbable screws,and plate.Conclusion Classification according to the columnar theory is significant for clinical guiding.With the clinical application of internal fixation materials,more choices were provided,which make patients get the best effect.
