摘要
采用改进的反雨淋浇注系统,通过华铸CAE对在水玻璃砂条件下生产ZG270-500法兰铸件进行了优化设计。根据优化结果进行生产,成功地生产了直径与高度比为10的法兰铸件,避免了缩孔缺陷,保证了铸件的质量。
Adopting an improved anti-rain gating system,the optimal design of casting process for ZG270-500 casting flange was carried out based on InteCAST under the condition of sodium silicate sand.According to the optimal results,the flange casting with the ratio of diameter and height of 10 was produced successfully,the shrinkage defect was avoided,the quality of the castings was ensured.
