摘要
目的:探讨水蛭防治微血管吻合术后血栓形成的作用及机理;方法:采用端端吻合法建立微小血管吻合术后家兔动物模型,治疗组以水蛭精制颗粒作抗凝剂,对照组不给药;结果:水蛭能抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集功能,降低血液粘滞度,调节6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2平衡;结论:水蛭能有效抑制吻合口血栓形成,提高远期通畅率,减少血管危象的发生。
Objective:To study antithrombotic effects of Hirudo on microvascular anastomosis in rabbits.Methods:end-to-end vascular anastomosis was applied for microvascular-Sutures.Hirudo was administered as a systemic anticoagulant in the trials.Nothing was administered in the controls.Results:Hirudo had the characteristics of inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by A.D.P;regulating balance of TXB 2/6-keto-PGF 1α and decreasing blood viscosity.Conclusion:It is effect to reduce the vascular crisis caused by thrombosis in incisions.
