摘要
[目的]研究传统藏药山苦荬的化学成分。[方法]用浓度95%乙醇通过冷浸法提取得到总浸膏;分别用石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯对其萃取,得到各部分浸膏;对乙酸乙酯提取部分浸膏用硅胶柱和葡聚糖凝胶柱进行分离纯化;根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。[结果]从山苦荬中分离鉴定出了4种化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(β-sitoster)、木犀草素(tuteolin)、芹菜素(apigenin)和木犀草素-7-ο-β-D-葡萄糖苷(tuteolin-7-ο-β-D-glucoside)。[结论]研究结果可为科学利用山苦荬提供参考。
[Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai.[Method] Firstly the whole plant of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai were extracted with 95% EtOH.Then Petroleum ether,Dichloromethane and Acetic ether were used to extract the general concrete to obtain three section concretes.The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column and gel chromatography from the EtOAc fraction,and identified based on the physical and chemical properties of compounds and spectral analyses.[Result] Five compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai,involving β-sitoster,tuteolin,apigenin,tuteolin-7-ο-β-D-glucoside.[Conclusion] The study could provide references for the scientific use of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai.
