摘要
个性化服务是现在饭店企业打造自身品牌,获得竞争优势的途径之一。本文通过探讨餐饮服务中个性化服务的内涵,强调处理好个性化服务与标准化服务的关系、建立和健全"客史档案"、实行"以人为本"的管理模式、形成饭店的特色文化是实现饭店个性化服务的有效途径。最后针对现今饭店个性化服务中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
Personalized service is one of the ways for some restaurants to make their self-brands and obtain competitive advantages.Through the deep discussion about the connotation of personalized service in food service,this article emphasizes that dealing well with the relationship between personalized service and standardized service,establishing a set of records of customers,carrying out the human-oriented managing mode and forming the characteristic culture of restaurants are the effective ways to realize personalized service.In the end,it offers some suggestions on the existing problems in current restaurant-personalized service,thus increasing their competitive advantages and winning greatest possible profits.
