摘要
由于工程施工机械现代化的普及,为现代施工企业的发展带来了新的发展机遇和高效的工作效率。但是,企业施工机械的管理仍然存在着很多问题,制约着企业的发展。文章就现代企业机械管理存在的问题和提高管理的方法进行了简单的论述。
Due to construction machinery modernization and the development of modern construction enterprise brought new opportunities and high efficiency.However,the management of construction machinery corporation remained with many problems that hinder the development of enterprises.The modern enterprise machinery management problems and methods of improving management were discussed.
