Abstract
[Introduction] The objectives China National Fisheries (Group) Corporation is struggling for this
year is stressing production business,reform management and speeding up the construction of
modern enterprise system so that the benefit situation of the corporation can get better. Liu
Shenli, head of CNFC, discusses how CNFC will carry out the policy of reform laid down by the
Party and the State Council and what measures will be taken in order to achieve the
management objectives of 1999. To demonstrate above views, Liu has taken into account the
reality of CNFC and based them on six aspects including internal system, assets management,
enterprise management, production structure, developmental strategy and construction of the
leadership, ect.
