摘要 在直接驱动领域中常用的永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)由于存在众多干扰和非线性因素,使用常规PI控制器控制时难以获得令人满意的控制效果。在综合分析PMLSM速度伺服控制系统PI控制器的参数调整规律的基础上,提出一种能根据偏差情况实时调整控制器参数的变增益PI控制器。该控制器克服了常规PI控制无法同时满足快速性与稳定性要求的缺点。仿真实验结果表明该控制器的使用使PMLSM速度伺服系统获得快速、精确的调速性能。 Because of the existing of numerous disturbances and nonlinear factor,the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM),which commonly used in direct drive field,cannot obtain satisfying control effect by using the regular PI controller.This paper presents a novel variable gain PI controller base on the analysis of PMLSM velocity servo system's PI controller gains regulation rules.The variable gain PI controller can adjust control parameter according to the real-time error situation.Then it resolves the disadvantage of regular PI controller that it cannot satisfy speedability and stability simultaneity.Simulation experiment results show that by use of the variable gain PI controller,PMLSM velocity servo system acquire fast and accurate velocity control performance.
